We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a co-founder for our upcoming Feng Shui consultancy firm. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction, establishing its brand identity, and delivering high-quality Feng Shui services to clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with other co-founders to develop the overall vision, mission, and strategic direction of the Feng Shui consultancy firm.

2. **Service Development**: Lead the development of innovative Feng Shui services and solutions tailored to meet the needs of individual clients, businesses, and organizations.

3. **Client Consultation**: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their needs, analyze their spaces, and provide personalized Feng Shui recommendations.

5. **Marketing and Branding**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute branding and marketing strategies that effectively promote the consultancy firm and attract new clients.

6. **Team Building**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Feng Shui consultants and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.

7. **Research and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Feng Shui theory and practice, and incorporate innovative approaches and techniques into the firm's services.

8. **Networking and Partnerships**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and strategic partners to enhance the firm's reputation and expand its client base.

9. **Financial Management**: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the consultancy firm, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Feng Shui practitioner with extensive experience in providing Feng Shui consultations and services.
- Strong knowledge of classical Feng Shui principles, theories, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and growth.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
- Bachelor's degree in Feng Shui, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred.
