A well known MNC in is looking for talent for **HR Associate / Senior HR Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment activities**
- Work with stakeholders on the requirements for the assigned positions
- Ensure spending recruitment cost is within the assigned budget.
- Performs short-listing, interview, extend job offer and conduct reference checks and other recruitment and selection related activities.
- Ensure timely update on recruitment policies in line with regulatory change and compliance.
- **Establish Company branding and relationship with key stakeholders**
- Participate in recruitment initiatives and work with various government bodies, schools, recruitment agencies, job advertising platforms, for Company’s branding.
- Liaise internally and externally for facilitation of business HR partnership such as line managers, external recruitment agencies, online portal agents, EMA, union, higher institution of learning (ITE, Poly and University)
- **Administer and manage staff employment lifecycle**
- Track and monitor and promptly manage staff confirmations due, including issuance of confirmation letters to HOS/HOD.
- Apply, renew and cancel as accordingly for all work passes such as Employment Pass (EP) and S-Pass in accordance to legislation and tax purposes.
- Track and monitor resignees last day including preparation of cessation and offboarding process.
- **Conduct first day orientation**
- Maintain and update all orientation and induction program and material
- Inform all the respective division of the new employee coming on board and ensure all IT access is ready.
- Execute and coordinate on-boarding orientation and remind staff to complete Safety Induction Course (SIC) and other regulatory and compliance rules when working in the power plant.
- **Manage internship programs for Company**
- Work with Line manager on the internship program.
- **Manage manpower reports and statistics**
- Update all new hires, resignees listing and exit interview status

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with local legislations such as Employment Act, Child Development and Co Savings and Re-employment Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Excel
