**About the Department**:
UOB Travel began as a small travel agency in 1974 and has grown in size and reputation through dedicatedprofessionalism and service excellence. In 1990, UOB Travel became a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore'sleading international banking group - the United Overseas Bank Group. As such, UOB Travel is in the uniqueposition of being the only travel agency in Singapore to have sound financial backing, reliability and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume role of a travel personal assistant to UOB’s high net worth customers.
- Responsible to manage enquiries for travel and lifestyle related services, plan end to end components of customers’ travels which include but not limiting to,
curating customized itineraries, arranging flights, accommodations and land services and ultimately, a post-trip follow up.
- Work with internal product specialists as well as destination concierge partners to deliver extraordinary travel experience to customers through tailor made and experiential programs.
- To be savvy of current travel and lifestyle trends, be instrumental in providing customers sound recommendations and ensuring they are fully satisfied with theoverall product and service.
- To keep abreast of new product development, internal marketing and promotion activities and participation in customer events, as and when required
To provide superior customer service and deliver bespoke customer experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- GCE “O”/”A” or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ sales experience in travel industry and / or concierge service industry.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills with a good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess good knowledge of travel products and be well versed in airfares, hotel and travel reservations and global distribution systems.
- Excellent team player focused on achieving individual and team goals.
- IATA/UFTAA certificate would be an advantage
