Our VVIPs are demanding and expect a can-do attitude, so we need a flexible approach to working hours too

As one of our VVIP Travel experts, you will be the ‘go-to’ person for all their travel requirements.

You’ll be calm and reassuring and no task will be too much trouble. You’ll be able to offer hints and suggestions, will enjoy making recommendations and thinking on your feet.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the VVIP specialists on the team and be able to ask for help and guidance throughout.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Pre-empting and understanding the needs of your clients’ travel policies and appropriately guiding them to the best solutions
- Able to book meet and greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge type of requests needed.
- Offering a bespoke service even if they want you to book their families travel as well.
- Being aware of their budgets and offering the best deals possible
- Handling amendments, cancellations, schedule changes and disruptions
- Sourcing and rate negotiation with suppliers and fulfil payment process on behalf of client
- Keeping up to date with the changing nature of travel resulting from the pandemic
- Delivering great customer service each time

**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:

- Entertainments and VVIP travel industry knowledge are preferred
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems - Sabre preferred,
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, able to adapt to change
- Ability to work flexible hours - i.e. - following your VVIP when they are travelling and taking charge if anything needs to be done.
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- Proven excellent customer service provision and problem resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to easily establish rapport and develop lasting relationships with the booker and traveler
- Innovative and proactive -able to come up with effective travel solutions
- Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
- Ability to speak and write in French preferred (not mandatory) to liaise with the clients
