Senior Travel Consultant (Hybrid)

Are you ready to bring your skills, competencies and experience and be part of BCD Travel Singapore Corporate Travel team? If yes, you might be exactly the team member we are looking for.
As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation, including providing travel details. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming all related travel requests.
As a Senior Travel Consultant you will
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can consistently provide consultation to the customer
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with client to provide suggestions for improvement
- Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
About You
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent, handling both domestic and international travel request
- Relevant experience in a Travel Management company preferable experience providing services for a dedicated client model
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry including policies, procedures, and processes with familiarity in programs such as Air,Hotel,Car,OBT,APA,HPA
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, with proficiency in a local language such as Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil being an added advantage
