We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Host. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for engaging and entertaining our viewers during live broadcasts, introducing products, and fostering a positive and interactive community on TikTok. Your role will be essential in promoting our brand, driving engagement, and creating an enjoyable experience for our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live broadcasts on TikTok, providing engaging and entertaining content to attract and retain viewers.
- Interact with viewers through comments, likes, and live chat, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Introduce and showcase products, highlighting their features, benefits, and usage to generate interest and potential sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok to ensure the content remains fresh and relevant.
- Encourage audience participation by organizing interactive activities, challenges, and giveaways during live broadcasts.
- Respond to viewer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information and assistance.
- Monitor and analyze live metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rate, and viewer feedback, to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image throughout the live broadcasts, aligning with the company's values and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong presence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Proficient in using TikTok's live streaming features and familiar with the platform's trends and community culture.
- Ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet, adapting to different situations and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of product demonstration and sales techniques to effectively showcase and promote products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with viewers, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Creativity and innovation in generating engaging content ideas and interactive activities.
- Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer, or live stream host is a plus.

**What to expect**
- Product Training Provided (varies)
- Offline support is provided for more technical questions via Moderator.
- Flexible working hours, as live broadcasts may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays; there will be a schedule where you can choose your timeslots.
- Venue to live stream will be shared, which will provide you all the equipment to facilitate the stream.
- Potential collaboration with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other content creators to enhance the reach and impact of live broadcasts.

**Things to take note**
- We plan to have 4 TikTok live-streaming session per week and each session will be about 2 hours
