We are looking for a sales and customer service oriented individual to join our team as a Live Host & Retail Assistant. You will be responsible for engaging with our viewers during live stream, promoting products to drive customer engagement and platform presence.

**Requirements**:

- Natural on camera and comfortable with livestreaming
- Love to present, review and promote products and services
- Enjoy interacting with people/ audience
- Passionate, eloquent, motivated and hardworking
- Any talent or hosting experience is a bonus
- Interested and committed to become a livestream host
- Able to commit to twice a week, with a min of three full month commitment

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live broadcasts on marketplaces like TikTok, providing engaging and informational content to attract and retain viewers
- Interact with viewers through comments, likes, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Introduce and showcase products, highlighting their features, benefits, selling points and user experience to generate interests and sales
- Maintain a consistent intonation and image throughout the live stream, aligning with the brand image
- To make the live session as happening and engaging as possible
- Developv understanding of brand, products and customers demographics
- Strong and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Other mother tougue - Mandarian, Malay, Tamil etc. is a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapting to different situations while maintaining a positive attitude
- Sales skill to effectively and efficiently showcase, promote and sell products
- Strong engaging skills tretain and attract new viewers
- Creativity and innovation in generating engaging content ideas and interactive activities
- Prior experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Live Stream Host, or experience in sales role is a plus
- Comfortable hosting in front of camera
