**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with customers and facilitate stakeholder interaction to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Create and manage project plans and maintaining project documentation including Project proposals, specifications, business cases, progress report and other project artefacts
- Accountable for the planning, delivery and implementation of projects and tracking of project baselines (Scope, budget and schedule), working closely with project teams in all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, implementation and continuous service
- Work with cross functional teams comprising of full stack developers, data engineers, data scientist, threat researcher, etc, to plan & develop technical scopes of work, and manage the execution of projects/product changes in response to requirements from stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks & issues on projects and work to develop risk & issues management plans with the stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and communication with the stakeholders on progress, challenges, issues and risk
- Engage with all levels in managing relationships and expectations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in managing IT project, with experience in all project phases - plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, implement.
- Technical background with understanding of Big Data Analytics and web development technologies, i.e: Hadoop, Spark, web development stack and networking concepts
- Experience working with both internal (development team) and external parties (Customers, vendors and etc)
- Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Skills/Qualities:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in Cyber Security / System integrator / Software development industry
- Experience in delivering enterprise-scale Data Analytics projects
- Experience in following project management methodologies and tools: Waterfall, Scrum (Agile), Jira, Gitlab and etc
- Proven ability to handle multiple developmental projects concurrently
- Project Management certification e.g. PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner
- Cyber security certification e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) etc
