**Job Description & Requirements**

For this position, we envisage an energetic,dynamic and capableperson with relevant experience in the built environment sector. This is for interior renovations as well as addition and alteration (A&A) works. The main works area focus are commercial buildings, offices, as well asthe industrial, aviation and transport infrastructure.

Key responsibilities
- Managing overall site works with planned periodic updates and reports (internally and externally), including liaison with tenant owners, own employer representatives, MCSTs and FM counterparts.
- Be the point of contact and liaison for scheduling / planning / execution of work for our workers and sub-contractors
- Resolve site issues, challenges and conflicts where necessary
- Ensure smooth and successful delivery of any tasked project
- Plan overall master and micro project schedules, in Gantt chart formats, execute as tasked
- End-to-end follow ups on contract and variations till closure of accounts.
- Assist the team in bids with PM proposals; planning, VE, health and safety, risk assessments etc

Pay: $4,600.00 - $6,000.00 per month
