**Sustainability Ambassador**

You can be part of this exciting journey. Sustainable Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of SP Group, has its focus on the Tengah smart energy township and is now hiring individuals with a passion for wanting to make a difference.

**What You'll Do**
Be an SP Sustainability Brand Ambassador
- Drive residents to sign up for centralised cooling system in Tengah smart-energy town
- Follow up on existing residents/ leads through regular engagement (pre-call, post call notes)
- Provide customer engagement and service by attending to walk in residents/ calls and maximise efficiency to handle scheduled volumes
- Build and educate awareness on the cooling system and other smart sustainable solutions by SP Group
- Engage in continuous improvement with the team by sharing creative ideas and feedback to drive sign up rates
- Grow brand presence and mindshare through monitoring market and social media listening channels
- Any other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need**
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Outstanding communication and people skills - you like to talk to people and find out how you can help them, so you are likely personable, clear in thought and well-spoken
- Passionate about Sustainability and Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
- Strong attention to details - co-ordination and ability to organize specific operational tasks
- Strong Team player - able to work effectively with others in a face-paced team-oriented environment
- Willing to work on weekends
