**Role Summary**

As a senior member of the Strategic Planning team, you will work closely with the Head to develop and execute strategic business plans supporting the Company’s growth agenda. This includes business model reviews, industry analysis and feasibility analysis of key opportunities for top management.

**Job Scope/ Description**

You will play a core role in contributing to the development, update and execution of key long-range strategic plans of the Company.

As a member of the Strategic Planning team, you will carry out detailed industry, value chain and business feasibility analysis to support top management in its strategic decision-making.

As part of the corporate HQ team, you will work closely with colleagues in our various overseas offices in a collaborative environment to help pursue our aggressive growth agenda. You will also participate directly in the Group’s development projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and coordinate both external and internal parties in order to complete projects in an efficient manner.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong analytical background coupled with good financial modelling capabilities, e.g. discounted cash flow analysis, is key to success.
- Goodexperience with strategic planning tools, industry analysis, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planningand/or investment-related roles preferred. Exposure to energy/oil and gas sectors is helpful but not a requirement.
- Good bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related engineering science or Business preferred. Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation will be well regarded.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team. Self-motivated, driven, resourceful, out-of-the box thinking, strong commercial acumen and results-oriented.
- Possess high integrity and ethics, positive work attitude, versatile, hands-on and with good attention to details. Willing to travel.
