As a Strategic Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our agency's future and ensuring its long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and improve market positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate continuously the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results-oriented solutions.
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators and strategic plan progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; post-graduate degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management, and/or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools to oversee execution of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the social service and community care sector, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within this space.
