To manage and supervise upstream logistics activities and corresponding with principal or supplier at origin, Forwarder and other Bureaus, related to shipment including Custom Clearance process. Compliance to related regulation & Post Custom Audit process.

1. Plan and implement import transportation strategies according to supplier and inter-company regional requirements. Administer movement of all goods and ensure compliance to Govt regulations

2. Partner with suppliers and regional supply chain teams to ensure accurate movement of international shipments and ensure arrival of goods within required timeframe.

3. Design, evaluate, renew contracts with mark to market, monitor and prepare reports for all import activities, recommend changes if required.

4. Administer and implement all custom & border protection for various security programs and maintain compliance to all customer procedures

5. Perform research for various departments, import laws, procedures and maintain knowledge on all tariffs, licenses and collaborate with planning team to maintain inventory of products

6. Design SOPs for import department, compliance to all ISO guidelines and prepare reports to be submitted with government agencies

7. Provide all insurance on shipments, design and execute all corrective action plans for processes

8. Collaborate with team leader, perform audit on processes and maintain expert knowledge on custom regulations

9. Ensure and monitoring cost effectiveness in order to meet Landed Cost %age target in order to support Brand to define competitive margin target

10. Control daily / weekly delivery to DC to utilize capacity effectively and cost efficiency to avoid any extra work at DC

11. Maintain partner governance, relationship, period reviews - such as KSO, SGS & custom service agents, etc

13. Monitor & inform, update compliance document and attending Custom requirement to comply with regulation including maintaining good repo for company with Government agencies

14. Perform SAP transactions including goods receipt, goods issue and extraction of information for export invoice processing and reporting

15. Develop team & career path. Recognize & Reward good work
