**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure that procedures follow a strict SOP.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- HR duties: Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Prepare monthly payroll and distribute payslips to staff.
- Provide administrative support at our e-Commerce platforms; maintain record of online sales transactions.
- Provide administrative support at our social media accounts. Social marketing experience is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred as you would be involved in managing the work projects.
- Able to work independently, is goal-oriented and good at multi-tasking.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required and assigned.
- Work closely with the CEO’s assistant to execute day-to-day operations matters.
