If yes, you might be exactly the new team member we are looking for.**
As a Regional Finance Manager - Controlling & Reporting, you will have the responsibility to manage APAC Region entities’ finance matters for accurate and timely financial closing and reporting.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Prepare and support regional financial reporting BAU, including monthly financial and management flash update, business update, phasing analysis etc.
- Drive for better transparency in financial information for better rationalization of reported KPIs, business trending, financial variances and other statistical results
- Participate in month end review on respective APAC entities for timely and accurate monthly management and financial information
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting process for the APAC region in compliance with Global and Regional controlling framework
- Responsible for APAC HQ budgeting and forecasting exercise, including liasing with functional lead and analyst
- Lead month end review and provide analysis on trends against budget and forecast as well as drive month close governance for timelines and quality improvement
- Assist in progressive review, determine and implement best practices to streamline analytical reporting process
- Take controlling responsibility in regional revenue and cost split with local operational entities
- Take governing responsibility in balance sheet tracking at local book in complaince with IFRS framework for global auditing review
- Recommend and develop policies, procedures and systems to meet company objectives
- Other ad-hoc project as assigned
**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:
- Degree holder in relevant discipline or equivalent with professional certificate with local or international accountancy body
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Good knowledge in finance controlling and reporting processes
- Good technical accounting knowledge on IFRS and local GAAP
- Able to work in multicultural environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams located in different geographies
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
