We aim to make Asian Pacific contract road transportation networks the world's most reliable, efficient, and sustainable. The Yojee Transport Management System (TMS) enables third-party logistics providers to assign loads, manage shipments, and track contracted road carriers' vehicles and drivers in real-time as they deliver their customers' freight.

**About the Role**

The Carrier Network Senior Manager at Yoee is responsible for driving the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilisation of the Yojee Transport Management System (TMS) within the APAC road carrier networks that our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) customers engage for freight delivery services. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and maximising the benefits of the Yojee TMS across our carrier partners in the Asia-Pacific region.

**What you will be doing**

1. Implementation and Onboarding:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the Yojee TMS for new carrier partners in the APAC region.
- Coordinate with internal teams and carrier representatives to ensure smooth onboarding, including system setup, data migration, and user training.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure carrier personnel are proficient in using the Yojee TMS effectively.

2. Adoption and Change Management:

- Collaborate with carrier partners to identify and address challenges, concerns, or resistance to adopting the Yojee TMS.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to promote user acceptance and drive successful adoption within carrier organisations.
- Conduct regular reviews and gather feedback from carriers to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or pain points.

3. Continuous Support and Optimisation:

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to carrier partners on effectively utilising the Yojee TMS, addressing queries, and resolving technical or operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements based on carrier feedback and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and carrier representatives to implement system upgrades, process improvements, and new features as required.

4. Carrier Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all Yojee TMS-related matters.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings with carrier representatives to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company's interests and advocate for the effective utilisation of Yojee TMS within carrier networks.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) related to carrier operations and the utilisation of the Yojee TMS.
- Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders and carrier partners, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to extract valuable insights and identify opportunities for optimisation and simplification.

**About You**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the APAC logistics or transportation industry, with a strong understanding of carrier operations and transportation management systems.
- Proven project management skills and experience leading complex system implementations and change management initiatives.
- Proficient in spoken English required with proficiency in spoken Bahasa desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in the APAC region.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required for carrier visits and on-site support.
