Your Role
- Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or other related fields.
Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical field and has related knowledge in areas such as aseptic/sterile filtration, tangential flow filtration, single-use technology, chromatography etc.
Familiar with the product complaint handling process for a GMP and bio/pharmaceutical environment.
Team player with good communication skills (oral and written).
Highly self-motivated and displays learning agility, resourcefulness and integrity.
Passionate and genuinely interested in supporting and resolving customers’ issues.
