**LOCATION**

This position is located at our property in Bali, Indonesia

**THE POSITION**
***
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for all key segments within the designated regions, for communicating and aligning with the overall global sales strategy, and specific responsibility for the delivery of room revenue and occupancy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creation and implementation of a Sales & Marketing strategy, action plan and budget for Aman Indonesia: Amanjiwo, Amankila, Amandari, Aman Villas Nusa Dua, Amanwana, and Amandira for Leisure, Wedding, MICE and Corporate accounts
- Developing the event strategy and overseeing the Cluster DOS Aman Indonesia, Associate DOS Aman Indonesia, Asst Sales Manager, Area Marketing Communication Manager and Reservation Manager at Aman Indonesia
- Coordination and execution of plans/ initiatives in conjunction with the Global Sales and Marketing teams and regional representations
- Revenue Management and coordination with the Reservations team to ensure maximum yielding opportunities are achieved
- Identify opportunities for weekday business, shoulder seasons, long weekend and other potential opportunities for all seasons as they relate to the various source markets
- Represent all Aman properties from a sales perspective across the specific markets attributed, as well as develop and maintain close working relationships with all key decision makers in all key segments
- Responsible for achieving room revenue and occupancy targets through development and execution of a regional sales strategy - through excellent customer service and protection of the brand integrity at all times
- Ensure all Aman Indonesia team proactively identifies, qualifies, and solicits appropriate new business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals. Focus is accounts with larger potential sales revenue

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Fluency in English (Additional languages preferred)
- University Degree or equivalent required
- Progressive career path and acknowledged track record within Sales & Marketing in the luxury hospitality field
- Strategic Sales & Marketing expert whose career has had a strong focus in this discipline
- Ability to work with multi culture environment with an engaging personality, should be hands-on, yet strategic and can conduct business at the highest level with senior executives and local dignitaries
- First class presentation and communication skills with a balanced sensitivity to cultural issues
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Adaptable & flexible with the capacity to set high goals and standards for an integrated collaborative approach between departments
- Bottom-line oriented with emphasis on quality guest-service and team-building
