The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Analyse existing product offerings and propose new product initiatives to achieve key business objectives and optimise user experience
- Drive product proposals for new features/initiatives, by working with relevant parties such as business development, operations, and marketing
- Provide technical support to both local and international partners for them to integrate into ShopeePay ecosystem
- Drive feature rollout, including rollout plan, stakeholders management, testing, and product education to other business teams
- Post-implementation support including live bugs handling, product questions, tech support for relevant partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience in payment business or system integration is an advantage
- Result-oriented, a self-starter and has a strong sense of ownership
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
- Positive attitude and team player
