Product Manager

Finaxar, a fast growing Fintech in Singapore, is looking to expand our team to lead and drive our revenue objectives for Flex payment solution, targeted at SMEs in Singapore and Vietnam.

We are seeking a Product Manager to be working directly with the Chief Product Officer on the overall product strategy and vision. This role requires you to be client-facing to enable you to get close to the problems and needs to then transfer this into the product vision.

The Product Manager will be part of a key team that will shape the product roadmap for the core products and own the strategy for all new products and features. You’ll support all efforts right from concept, discovery to release and launch. Working collaboratively with sales, marketing and engineering teams.

The Product Manager will:

- Contribute to the product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (engineers, CPO, clients) and develop detailed requirements and features that are cost effective.
- Scope out specific customer feedback and analyse usage data patterns in order to validate a business requirement and detail user stories.
- Support engineering resources in creating effective wireframes and technical specifications that will deliver on the business requirement.
- Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share
- Obsess about customer UI/UX with a desire to create world class omni-channel experience

**Requirements:
Product Manager must have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or similar
- Strong B2B SaaS product management experience from any sector, such as; Payments, eCommerce, finance, fintech.
- Experience in Agile principles (e.g. Kanban, Scrum) and development tools (e.g. Confluence Jira)
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital product management with a track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market (preferably in Credit Cards).
- Love finding, designing and deploying technical solutions, having proven experience in a technical role. At ease with doing some basic programming when needed.
