**Our Client**:
Our client is a diversified investment conglomerate with operational and financial involvements in the domains of resources, property, and hospitality. They are actively looking to hire an Executive/Senior Executive to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for the initiation of new business ventures within the company
- Facilitates capital-raising endeavors
- Develops investor presentation decks and marketing brochures
- Develop sales channel to investors and maintain financial models
- Oversees and coordinates activities with professional consultants

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized educational institution
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in business, finance, and entrepreneurship
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Comfortable with public speaking will be ideal
- Business development experience will be ideal
- Self-starter who is able to self-manage and priorities workload
- Takes ownership for resolving issues and able to solve problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
