**Pre-Sales Role**:
**Pre-sale technical service support**
- Answer the related requirements and questions requested by customers on technology, quality assurance, etc.
- Provide various certifications, technical parameters and other documents required by customers
- Assist sales to provide good technical solutions to customers

**Contract review**
- Evaluation and identification of technical deviations in the contract and warranty clauses
- Assess the feasibility of technical terms and the cost with internal departments
- Communicate and negotiate with customers on these deviations
- Summarize all information, make special demand notices, and communicate internal production according to requirements

**Pre-sale customer satisfaction**
- Participate in activities such as customer visits, services and customers

**Factory audit**
- Cooperate with customers or third parties to audit the company and workshop before order production

**Order execution**
- Coordinate problems in the production execution process, including third-party inspection, manufacturing supervision, laboratory testing, etc.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chenese countertparties
- Daily management for 3PL/suppliers portal system, online data share system.
- Facing customer, be proficient in communication with Australian customers
- Have a strong sense of cooperation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to think and solve problems independently
- The most important thing is to have enough patience and a positive working attitude
- Excellent skills in writing business E-mails and MS software.
- Need to travel irregularly
