We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Senior Planning Executive **to join our Road Transport Management team in the logistics sector. This critical role involves meticulous planning, real-time coordination, and strict adherence to customs and warehouse protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transport Planning**:Strategically plan transport routes every evening to ensure drivers have clear and efficient delivery routes for the next day.
- **Free Trade Zone Expertise**:Must have in-depth knowledge of Singapore's Free Trade Zones (FTZs), including regulatory requirements and operational standards.
- **Internal Railing Coordination**:Thorough understanding of internal railing processes within the Keppel Distripark FTZ is essential.
- **Warehouse Clearance Procedures**:Ensure smooth warehouse clearance operations and efficient goods handling, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.
- **Document Verification**:Meticulously check all transport documents to eliminate errors, inaccuracies, or omissions before clearance and dispatch.
- **Delivery Updates**:Provide prompt and precise delivery status updates to clients and relevant teams to maintain transparent communication.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect goods before dispatch to ensure they are in excellent condition, flagging any damages for immediate resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics, specifically in road transport planning and management.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore FTZs, especially Keppel Distripark FTZ.
- Excellent understanding of customs and warehouse protocols.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of thorough document checking.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

**Working Hours**:

- **Weekdays**:8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- **Saturdays**:8:30 am - 1:00 pm
