**Job Summary**

As a QA & QC Lead, You are required to guarantees the proper quality of the materials, methods of execution maintain guidelines of the standards, and make sure work progresses according to it. You will be reporting to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager, and control, and monitor all activities related to quality.
- Preparing and witnessing of WPS, PQR test, quality control of welding (ASME IX)
- Carrying out fit-up inspection, welding inspection process (pre and post) dimension as per approved ITP
- Carrying out inspection of work in progress including procedure process, welder, welding parameters, pre-heating and interpose temperature
- Daily maintenance of all inspection reports eg fit-up, weld visual NDT reports
- Carrying out all necessary NDT activities like PT, MPT, UT and RT
- Providing information on material and weld traceability and NDT as well as complete welder audits to check on welder performance, use of consumables, wedling machine,

WPS etc
- Maintain QC documents for external inspection
- Actively participate in and promotes company workplace environment health and safety of self and others
- Attending and conducting pre-inspections and pre-manufacturing meetings with clients
- Review and submit QA/QC dossier
- Prepares the Project Quality plans and Inspection Test plans according to project specifications
- Prepares quality control procedures and repair procedures for welding

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimally Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Oil & Gas)
- At least 3 to 4 year Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (welding works) in process construction maintenance or related industry.
- Knowledge in codes like ASME / AWS D1.1/ BS EN and ISO standards.
- Audit knowledge is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
