Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, project specifications, and QMS requirements.
- Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, construction, inspection, documentation activities.
- Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;Be proactive and accept ownership on QA/QC matters at project sites
- Ensure QA/QC plans are fully implemented and organized
- Planning of QA/QC work schedules based on project programs
- Ensure that QA/QC activities are implemented in compliance with the Project requirements and are consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
- Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
- Prepare and submit quality manual control/checklist according to projects' requirements
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and engineers with relation to technical discrepancies and project quality
- Review and validate suppliers' / subcontractors’ quality plans, design documents, material certificates and inspection procedures
- Attend site inspection and QAQC meetings
- Participate in project sites' QEHS, GGBS, CONQUAS internal and external audits Other job duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Civil, Architectural & MEP works.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work 5.5days
