**EXECUTIVE SUMMARY**:
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for checking & ensuring the quality of all construction trades performed by the Company’s subcontractors are in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s quality assurance and quality control programs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct regular inspections for clearance of structural, architectural and M&E trade
- Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements
- Conduct trade demos for each individual trades as per Architect’s requirement on site with short presentations
- Prepare and issue CAR/audit reports noting non-conformances and verifying corrective/preventive actions; Ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken and monitored for effectiveness
- Conduct regular inspections on materials delivered to site & materials used on site including marble dry-lay to ensure materials are defects-free.
- Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained
- Prepare unit defects report upon work completion of each trade and follow up with unit rectification completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
- Assist QA/QC Manager in arranging for Conquas / QM briefing and Conquas /QM assessment when required
- Assist QA/QC Manager in attending regular internal site meeting where required.
- Assist QA/QC Manager in Green Mark document compilation where necessary.
- To prepare Bi-weekly QA/QC reports and present during Monthly Corporate QA/QC meetings to Corporate QA/QC Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Recognised Diploma/Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Construction Industry
- Proficient in CONQUAS
- Good knowledge of QA/QC regulations, systems and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
