**Responsibilities**:

- Governance partner with life sciences clients to ensure alignment with regional objectives at the regional level.
- Responsible for financial and operational delivery within the APAC region.
- Ensures compliance with all client’s policies and procedures in a GxP and ISO9001 environment.
- Manages the operational implementation of experience focused services on the accounts, developing programs, tools and processes while integrating the underlying services.
- Strives to improve service performance in the region.
- Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals.
- Leads by example.
- Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds the Sub-Cluster Operations Leads team accountable for successful performance.
- Ensures that expectations and objectives are clearly communicated.

**Qualifications**
- 15+ years’ experience in leading internationals key accounts or large national accounts within the life science industry with a strong compliance mindset.
- Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and countries.
- Deep understanding of the agreed contractual and commercial obligations of the account. Deep understanding of technical knowledge of utilities for manufacturing operations.
- Strong facility management experience, with a proven track record of creating clear and attainable performance objectives, leveraging resources to develop competitive solutions for the customer.
