- Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate tender documents.
- Assist with the procurement of materials from various suppliers/ manufacturers to meet customer project needs.
- Assist the Outdoor Sales team in preparing quotations.
- Monitor the status of quotations and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for submission of necessary documentation, such as drawings and certificates.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
