
Head of Business Processing Outsourcing

This is a leadership position that will report to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves developing business strategy, researching emerging market solutions, developing service offering and launching its service to existing and new customers under business processing outsourcing (“ **BPO **”). It will also include teaming and partnering with appropriate service providers to deliver BPO services to customers.
**Key Accountabilities**
We are looking for an independent and self-motivated go-getter to join us as Head, Business Process Outsourcing. This is a new business unit (“ **BU **”) within our organization, leveraging on existing digital technologies and services to provide a truly exceptional and differentiated service to our customers.
You will be responsible for the set-up and operations of this BU. This includes identifying and creating new business revenue streams, developing and refining our business strategy, resource planning and allocation, developing and promoting our service offerings, managing the day-to-day operations and managing the P&L.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Responsible for Business Development including: Revenue & profitability.
- Formulate vision, drive, and execute sustainability-related strategies to build pipeline and establish clientele base for the company.
- Identify business opportunities and research on industry trends to create business roadmaps.
- Build effective partnerships both internally and externally, and engage investors, regulators, service providers, industry associations to enhance BPO sustainability business/leadership in market.
- Understand customer businesses and develop service offerings that address their needs; Establish and maintain excellent and professional working relationships with the customers, including C- level executives.
- Generate an execution plan for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of our business services while ensuring quality and profitability of the BU’s operations.
- Lead efforts to increase capacity within the company.
- Keep abreast of changing sustainability landscape, including policies or trends to inform business initiatives.
- Grow and mentor the team.

**Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements**
- Master/Degree holder in Business Management, environmental studies or sustainability related field.
- Have at least 20 years of working experience in service industry within a business context, 10 years in leadership position and enthusiastic about sustainability developments.
- Strong/good knowledge in various ESG rating methodologies and ESG risk management preferred.
- Proactive, strong analytical, problem-solving and process design skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives, and able to communicate this effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual with ability to function independently and excel in a dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting and HR processes; sound knowledge of process management, business, regulatory and accounting complexities associated with outsourcing.
- Manage, evaluate and develop team of employees to meet functional deliverables and responsibilities.
