**Job Title: Assistant Programme Manager OR Senior Project Engineer (ID4392)**
Location: Paya Lebah （Airport Road）
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm
**Salary**: $3500-$6000
**Description**:
- Responsible for the project management, providing oversight and management of all project activities, working closely with programme managers, programme stakeholders and external parties
- Responsible in sales activity, marketing and proposals preparation in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Responsible for negotiating, drafting, administering, interpreting, and amending a range of contracts as well as agreements.
- Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments and goals
- Develop, coordinate and communicate the programme management plan
- Develop and manage the programme budget
- Manage customers' requirements and expectations
- Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any Engineering (Other Degrees will be considered)
- Project management experience, with ability to manage one or more projects concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must be willing to travel overseas
- Experience in the Aerospace industry and/ or good knowledge of Defence Industry will be an added advantage.
