Our client is a leading International bank, with a strong presence in Singapore and across the region.

They are looking for a VP Level Business Manager to join their Macro business, specifically supporting on Rates Trading. This role will support the business on strategy, budgeting, cost control, change management, regulatory reform and front office technology initiatives.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the heads of Rates Trading business across APAC, helping to drive the strategic agenda.
- Acting as a point of contact for external partners, including clearing houses, trading venues and compression providers.
- Acting as a point of contact and escalation for internal stakeholders across Rates trading
- Coordinating of Risk and Control Meetings, identifying areas for improvements in the Control Environment and implementing remediation plans
- Maintaining close connectivity and coordination with peer network, ensuring distribution of business updates and co-ordination on joint initiatives
- Analyzing of financial trends, profitability, capital/ returns and costs to identify efficiencies
- Providing business planning and budgeting, invoice approvals, and expense management

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Prior experience in a Business Manager or COO type role
- Strong knowledge of Rates products, and financial regulatory landscape impacting FI Rates
