**1. JOB SUMMARY, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with owners, vessels and manning agents regarding the crew change planning
- Maintain schedule and carry through plans on crew change
- Check and approve monthly crew allotments and crew related payment invoices
- Monitor crew P&I claims
- Maintain and updating crew data
- Participate in Tanker Management Self-Assessment (TMSA) Audit to ensure compliance

**2. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
