This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

Job Responsibilities:

- Directly in charge for crewing of the PFS fleet
- Oversee the day to day working of PFS Crewing Team
- Ensure crewing requirements of PFS fleet are met, in accordance to service level agreements and customer expectations
- Assist to develop / draw up crewing strategies, policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented
- Continually review crewing operations to optimize crewing related costs and ensure it is within budget
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage issues related to crew, including P&I matters and claims
- Actively establish and participate in crew engagement
- Approvals of crew movements and payroll in CMS
- Develop team members skills and competencies

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Diploma in HR/Crew Management preferred
- Seagoing CoC is a plus
- At least 8 years of experience in handling marine crew, with minimum 2 years in supervisory role
- Good interpersonal and social skills
- Positive with open growth mindset
- Independent and resilient
- Good knowledge of international crewing regulations including flag state requirements, STCW, ILO, MLC2006.
- Strong team orientation and has the ability to manage cross cultural crew / relationships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
