**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
- Manage multiple inboxes to update and obtain information for processing.
- Work with finance department on all account receivable.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy on each document created and proper filing in accordance with the company’s guideline.
- Related Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

**You’re perfect for this job if you have/are**:

- Minimum GEC “O” Level.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in ecommerce order management process, customer service, logistic industry, or supply chain function.
- Systematic and High attention to details and able to multitask.
- Fast learner with ability to interact with various system and tools (training will be provided).
- Good customer service-oriented mindset and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent and possess initiative.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sitecore are Preferred.
