Ecommerce Assistant Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the fulfillment of orders with high accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to use computer systems to handle order fulfillment.
  • Perform accurate labeling, picking, packing, and sorting of products.
  • Ensure work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular stock taking and provide support within the ecommerce team.
  • Update and maintain ecommerce platform listings.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Handle customer service inquiries professionally.
