**Admin Asst / Executive (Sales / Operation)**
Industry: Construction related
**Job Duties**:
- Monitor and maintain office documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Support ISO and other company certification
**Sales**:
- Prepare quotations
- Collect supporting documents and issue tax invoices
- Follow up with payments
- Work with legal debt recovery services
**Operation**:
- Support daily operation
- Compile delivery orders
- Entry into ABSS purchase system
- Maintain payables files
**Job Requirements**:
- Education level GCE N Level and above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ABSS/MYOB Software will be preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
**Working Hours & Renumeration**:
Full Time Basis
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm (WFA after confirmation)
- Basic Salary $2,000 and above
- Annual Leave 14 days
- No AWS, Performance bonus 2x year (Jul / Dec)
Part Time / Flexible Basis
- Basic Salary from $12/hr
- 7 days Annual Leave and 14 days medical leave
- No AWS, Performance bonus 2x year (Jul / Dec)
**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
