**Roles and Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engagement of potential partners and donors for SUN-DAC, including the coordination of events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source for and engage potential partners and donors that includes the preparation of relevant materials.
- Collaborate with other departments in the development and execution of partner and donor events and activities.
- Support all fundraising administration that includes the preparation of proposals.
- Liaise with partners, vendors and other stakeholders where needed.
- Represent the organisation at external events, workshops and conferences to promote its mission, programmes and impact
- Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Fundraising Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Min. one year’s experience in donor relations or strategic partnership management in the social service sector or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire support from diverse stakeholders
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to co-develop compelling proposals
- Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
