Roles & Responsibilities

**YOU shall be responsible for talent sourcing, and not limited to the following**:

Execute an effective and fast recruitment processes to achieve recruitment KPI
- Maintain and update job postings in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing whole recruitment cycle. e.g. pre-screening of CVs, arrangement of interviews, conduct interview, compile interview feedbacks, prepare submission documents for senior leaders’s approval etc
Prepare Letters of Offers and make job offer. Negotiate terms & conditions if necessary
- Ad hoc department or school-wide projects
**YOU should possess**:

- Professional Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR /Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous
- Have sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and be able to work under high pressure
- A positive attitude with pleasant personality and strong drive to succeed
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to communicate well with stakeholders
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
