As a Senior Executive in Retail Leasing, your primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and occupancy rates within the assigned property portfolio. Through strategic initiatives and tenant/stakeholder engagement, you'll part of the leasing team driving the success of the leasing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute robust strategies aimed at maximizing rental revenue and occupancy levels within the Company's portfolio of properties.
- Identify and secure new tenancies, catering to diverse market segments and prospects, while also managing lease renewals with existing clients.
- Foster strong partnerships with property agents, leveraging their expertise to enhance leasing outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of competitor offerings and industry benchmarks, informing the cooporate leasing strategies accordingly.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants and prospects, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing) with 3-4 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing within the retail / commercial leasing sector.
- A solid grasp of the real estate industry, coupled with an extensive network of relevant contacts.
