- To check job system details such as permit, weight, operator code, etc.
- Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
- Checking of vessel berthing and schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents such as NOA, BL, Permit, Packing list and Commercial invoice.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining customer databases or records, ensuring all information are up to date.
- Listen attentively to customer feedbacks for improvements and ensure customers' satisfactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Job Requirements/Skills

- 1-2 years and above work experiences on desk logistic customer service is an advantage.
- Proficient in relevant computer skills and customer service software such as ERP, JP Online, Trade net and Portnet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
