Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintenance and on-going review of Branch wide ORM tools, Outsourcing Risk Management, Delegation of Authority Management, Customer Complaint Risk Management policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, methodology and related work plans;
2. Monitor the bank-wide operational risks as the second line of defences via Key Risk Indicators, Risk and Control Assessment and Loss Data Collection, including analyzing, measuring, and assessing the results derived from the operational risk systems, seting up the related monitoring models and parameters and conducting review in a timely manner;
3. Guide the various departments to identify, assess and mitigate the operational risks via KRI, RACA, LDC;
4. Coordinate Outsourcing risk assessment, annual review of Bank-wide Outsourcing documents and review of checklists;
5. Maintenance of Outsourcing Register;
6. Review and investigate on the internal controls alerts generated by the in-house ORM system.

7. Prepare operational risk management related reports and data analysis for regulatory and/or management reporting.

8. Other BAU work: Branch wide training, ORM Advisory, HO and MAS reporting; and

9. Any other matters as instructed by Supervisor(s)/Line Manager(s).

**Requirements**:
1. University Degree Holder.

2. Professional Certification would be advantageous.

3. Familiar and possess in-depth understanding of the Internal Controls / Customer Complaint Risk Management / MAS requirements on relevant incident reporting, notices, guidelines in banking industry. Familiar with banking products.

4. Able to work independently and work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and possess statistical skills. Dedicated and excellent multitasking skills. Excellent team work.

5. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese as incumbent is required to understand Chinese documents from Head Office.
