**Job Description**:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee daily operations of the spa salon, including staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as marketing promotions and service enhancements.
3. Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
4. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by addressing client concerns and feedback.
5. Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work culture and providing ongoing support and development.
6. Maintain compliance with regulations and standards related to spa operations, health, and safety.
Job Requriements
