Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator. We are currently partnering them to look for a Senior Business Development Manager. As the Senior Business Development Manager, you are primarily responsible to foster the development of the company's travel retail operations in Asia Pacific. You will play a vital role in formulation and participation in tenders for concession at the airports across the region and support the Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development in the identification and analysis of business opportunities across Asia Pacific.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop tender proposals and manage the entire tender process end-to-end for the company.
- Build and develop a network of potential business partners.
- Coordinate and liaise with external business partners, agencies and consultants.
- Extensive stakeholder management expertise to cooperate closely with all internal departments (Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Design, Logistics, IT and Human Resources) for various project management tasks.
- Perform on-going research, analyse and evaluate airport retailing opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. Monitor and analyse the Global Travel Retail Market concerning business opportunities and growth opportunities
- Team management and leadership skills.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree or a MBA in Business Management, or any other related field
- Has at least 5 years of experience in business development for a travel retailer, a high street retailer or consultancy firm
- Has a strong project and time management skills
- Has the ability and desire to work collaboratively in a young dynamic team environment
- Strong in communication and analytical skills
- Possesses high level of proficiency in business modelling, PowerPoint and Excel
- Has strong written English communication skills
- Has the ability and desire to work collaboratively in a young dynamic team environment
