Director of Operations & Fleet Management

An established Regional Logistics Service Provider is seeking a Director of Operations & Fleet Management. You will be playing a critical role to manage the day-to-day operation activities and provide the leadership to support the company’s growth. In return, you will enjoy an attractive total remuneration of up to S$220,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for:

- Implementing the cost-effective operating model to streamline the operating policies and procedures
- Driving the company growth by maintaining good relationships with customers and negotiating contracts with service partners and suppliers.
- Providing coaching, mentorship and development for all employees

You are required to have:

- More than 10 years of experience in operation or fleet management, preferably in related Logistics and Transportation Industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in resources optimization and manpower allocation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
