**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in a business capacity in management consulting firms, sales operations, marketing strategy, or corporate strategy roles
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment
- Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization and globally
- Experience working with business leaders and owning global projects
- Knowledge of SQL
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
- Structured problem-solving skills, combined with business acumen

**About the job**:

- App Developers (App Dev) Strategy and Operations is part of the Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization within Google Customer Solutions. The broader Revenue Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals/execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. Our team focuses on aligning company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and helps evolve ideas into future-growth initiatives. As part of the App Dev Program Operations team, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining business processes. As a Business Strategy and Operations Associate, you will be an expert on how our sales teams function. You will work to reduce the time spent on non-customer activities by improving operations based on needs. You'll partner with executive stakeholders across the business and around the world to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global App Dev Sales teams.When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members are the "human face" of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. **Responsibilities**:

- Support critical Business Operations and Chief of Staff functions globally for RSO AppDev. Navigate and influence global AppDev sales teams on priority initiatives and execution of the broader business strategy.
- Develop strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the customer and seller needs to drive incremental growth.
- Lead efforts on quantitative analyses and modeling that translates data into actionable insights. Communicate findings to key stakeholders with recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations to implementation.
- Identify tools, processes, and automation that improves sales processes. Develop plans to implement changes help the business deliver on key results.
