Digital Identity and Fraud Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

- Work with the broader team to help define the product requirements, strategy and priorities for our Digital Identity and Fraud Business
- Support the Customer and Third-Party risk suite of products with an emphasis on digital identity and document verification
- Drive product capabilities through the product roadmap and ensure central capabilities are demonstrated where appropriate
- Support the field organizations with product expertise, best practices and other assistance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect feedback and make recommendations for investment or operational improvement, relating to product offerings and requests for new enhancements
- Ensure concise, timely, comprehensive client/partner communication of product enhancements and changes
- Lead multiple project streams simultaneously and ensure timely/quality delivery
- Partner with Content Operations and Technology teams to communicate/collaborate on requirements analysis, interpretation, and decision-making on alternative options as the need arises
