Work You’ll Do:

- Provide leadership, advice and counsel to Mold Masters’ senior management in support of business strategies.
- Lead and conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Lead business planning, Programs (specify here when needed) to support business development strategy.
- Responsible for strategy development, origination, structuring, valuation, negotiating and closing sales projects.
- Initiate the direct solicitation of customers and manages the relationship.
- Responsible for direct reports plus supporting and coaching others in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned

Team:
This role will lead Mold Masters South East Asia Sales

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Over 10 years’ experience in plastic industry. With strong knowledge and skills in plastic, injection mold business. Experience in sales of hot runner and molds is an asset.
- Solid understanding of diverse financing structures
- Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent strategic thinker who can translate business development challenges into daily life opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Passion and energy to drive changes
- Established analytical and project management ability
