Overall Key Position Objective
The Growth Strategies Manager, Corporate, role has clear and specific objectives of developing and implementing strategic growth partnerships, distribution networks, products and segments.
The person in this role will identify high-growth segment opportunites and develop product and distribution strategies to address these segments.
Working with some of A&H Corporate’s biggest and most strategic brokers and partners, including but not limited to AON, MMB, DBS and Grab, to grow Chubb’s share of wallet.
There will be a high level of autonomy in this role as the individual will take strategies from concept to implementation/deployment, including resulting reporting and fine-tuning if required.
Primary KPIs for this role are sales and profitabilitiy of projects undertaken and products launched.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Portfolio Management**:
- Direct accounts and intemediaries
- Basic understanding of P&L drivers Consumer Line products
2. Account Management
- Work closely with strategic partners to socialize growth plans
- Develop calendar and workplan for initiatives
- Manage expenses of the function
- Ensure profitability of existing accounts and acquire new business
3. Project Managment
- For projects where IT is involved, develop and manage timeline, including engagement with internal stakeholders and external partners.
4. Production Targets
- Ensure partners meet TARP and premium targets
- Review and improve Billing Reject and Lapsation rates
- Review and improve conversion rates
- Develop and review incentive programmes
- Track and report performance of partnerships, products, campaigns and incentive programmes on a regular basis
- Provide monthy forecasts and develop annual budget plan for opportunities identified
5. Product Development and Updates
- Understand concepts of underwriting for Accident & Health products
- Conduct competitive scan
- Write business case to support projects and programmes
- Write Product brief to underwriters
- Develop viable product benefits and propositions
6. Product and sales training, to external intermediaries/partners and internal stakeholers where required.
7. Support underwriters for internal and external audits and compliance exercises.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
1. At least a Degree in Business or Actuarial Science with related sales/training experience in the insurance industry.
2. 8-10 years experience in insurance undewriting, distribution, digital marketing or account management.
3. Knowledge in Accident & Health/Employee Benefits will be an added advantage.
4. Relevant Insurance Certifications (BCP, PGI, HI).
5. Targets oriented with proven track record of achieving sales targets and drive sales/business growth
6. Strong people management skills.
7. Highly adaptable and creative.
8. Experience managing sales team(s) will be a bonus.
9. Organised, with good time management skills.
10. Independent, high-achieving, logical and resourceful individual with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
11. Confident to have conversations with internal and external stakeholders around product, commercials and distribution platforms and strategies.
