About EDB

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) is a government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. We facilitate foreign company investments into Singapore and engage existing Singapore-based companies to transform operations and grow in disruptive areas. About the Team

EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB’s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.

This role sits within the Campaigns team in EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications Division.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Developing and refining content strategies - from ideation to execution - to help meet campaign goals
- Content creation: working with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to produce and repurpose content assets to engage target audiences across different channels
- Content amplification: evaluating and working with the digital team to amplify assets through owned, paid, earned and other avenues to reach out to right target audience
- Content optimisation: refine content development and distribution based on data such as customer insights and digital performance metrics.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Have between four and six years of relevant experience, eg: content marketing, integrated marketing/360-degree marketing. G2B, B2B experience is a bonus
- Have strong ability to ideate fresh content ideas or interesting ad creative concepts, and write good copy
- Are familiar with social media and paid media, and know how to shape content for distinct channels; are able to harness SEO, keyword research and use analytics to optimise performance for campaign success
- Are adept at project management: setting out objectives, timelines, KPIs
- Are able to manage different stakeholders, from internal business units to external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing & communications, or journalism
