NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community through effective communications and branding initiatives and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals for its Corporate Communications and Branding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimising content across multiple channels to support NTUC Health's brand and marketing initiatives. You will manage and plan the organisation's editorial calendar and ensure that key brand messages are consistently communicated through various platforms including e-newsletter, social media channels, website, blogs, etc. You will also conceptualise and lead social media campaigns.
- Partner with business units to achieve their business goals through a range of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives spanning both on and offline channels
- Design content marketing strategies and undertake initiatives to achieve business targets
- Create editorial content by optimizing SEO and google analytics data
- Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Actively seek out and work with partners to amplify our brand and marketing content

**Qualifications**:

- University degree with at least 2 years of experience in a communications/digital marketing/ branding background.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Love to write, and communicate simply and impactfully
- Have a nose for what makes news
- Great people and interviewing skills
- Gets what social media is about
- Creative and thinks outside the box
- Outcome-driven and focused
- Good team player
- Comfortable with a fast and dynamic pace of work, and with managing different projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, graphic design and video editing skills will have an advantage
